About Hannah

Hello and welcome. My name is Hannah and I am a yoga teacher living in Wallingford with my young family.


I am passionate about providing classes in which there is space to relax, restore and rejuvinate. I qualified as a 200 hour trained Yoga Teacher in 2011 with YogaBellies, specialising in Pre- and Post-natal yoga. I am registered as a Yoga Teacher with the Independent Yoga Network. Since then I have trained for 285 hours with Shiva Rea, in various places in the world. Shiva Rea is the innovater and founder of the Prana Flow style of yoga; an evolutionary and insightful way to practice yoga. I incorporate her sequences and teachings in all of the classes I offer. I am working towards achieving my 500 hour qualified Yoga Teacher training with Shiva. I have trained with the awe-inspiring Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (in yoga for the post-natal and peri-menopausal time) and hope to further my training with her soon. I have worked for Women's Aid and am dedicated to supporting women from all walks of life, hoping that I can provide a space for self-empowerment, self-assurance and self-discovery. Prior to working for Women's Aid I was training to be a midwife and attended 15 births, so I can assure you that I am familiar with the birthing process and am passionate about supporting women to feel self-assured and confident about their body's abilities to birth. I gave birth to my son in October 2015 and love being back in the world of supporting women in their jouneys into the magical (tiring) world of motherhood.
